  • Ivonne Roman will discuss the research on outcomes associated with women in policing and barriers that contributed to the stagnation of police women’s representation in American policing over the past 30 years. Roman will provide insight into the national movement, 30x30 initiative, and provide examples of low-cost and no-cost solutions to increase the representation of women in policing.
