Your contribution sponsors six one-on-one coaching sessions — delivered by a professional coach over two months — for a woman recently promoted to sergeant within the past six months. At a critical inflection point in her career, this coaching helps her lead with confidence, navigate new responsibilities, and thrive in her role from day one.
Scholar $6,500
Your contribution fully funds one scholarship — and you choose where it goes. Direct your gift to send one woman to the Civilian Leadership Institute (CLI), a transformative leadership development experience, or fund all five RISE, Women in Policing conference scholarships at $1,300 each. Either way, your investment opens doors that might otherwise stay closed.
Trailblazer $13,000

This level fully funds all five RISE, Women in Policing conference scholarships and one complete CLI scholarship — the entire scholarship ecosystem WLLEF offers in a single year.
